Founding courses
Fill more tee times with the right golfers.
The Founding Course pilot is designed to fill tee times through targeted golfer outreach. We first connect and validate your course data and setup without sending messages. Once the setup is verified, we review targeting, messages, and readiness with your course, activate controlled outreach with your approval, and measure booked and paid results.
No sends during setup validation. Approved pilot outreach aims to turn openings into booked tee times and paid revenue.
Simple from the start
Put ScoutTime to work on your actual course.
Connect and validate your course data and setup, review the recommendations together, then put controlled outreach to work in the agreed 90-day pilot. Live sending requires a verified messaging integration and your course’s readiness and staff approval; these previews do not demonstrate proven live integrations or sending results.
Start carefully. Prove value. Earn the next step.
Begin with zero-send observation. Activation and expansion follow separate readiness and approval decisions.
Agree on scope and the included-revenue threshold in a reviewed agreement. Activation requires separate authorization; no pilot is active through this presentation.
From setup to tee-time bookings
- Connect and validate your setup
Confirm the course data and integration using an authorized data pathway. No golfer messages are sent during setup validation.
- Review targeting and messages together
Check the openings, recipients, and messages with your staff and confirm readiness before activating outreach.
- Activate controlled golfer outreach
With verified setup and course approval, send reviewed messages to relevant golfers to help fill tee times. Consent, opt-outs, and contact limits still apply.
- Measure booked and paid results
Follow bookings and actual paid revenue, accounting for cancellations and refunds, to see what the pilot delivers.
Founding Course offer
Clear terms before a pilot begins.
The first review does not enroll your course in a pilot. Scope, authorized data access, and a pilot agreement come first.
The $0 monthly platform fee applies only during the 90-day pilot. If your course continues after the pilot, the same 15% performance rate is protected for 18 months. The included-revenue threshold and post-pilot monthly platform fee still need agreement.

Send us the exports your current system provides; we will handle the mapping.
Cancellations, historical snapshots, outreach history, and other useful fields are helpful but optional. We’ll be clear about anything the available data cannot show.

Private by design
Validate first. Send with confidence.
Initial setup validation is private and no-send. Activated pilot outreach respects consent, opt-outs, contact limits, and fresh tee-sheet availability, with staff reviewing recipients and messages before sending. Before customer data is transferred, ScoutTime and the course agree on an appropriate secure transfer method.
Synthetic pre-pilot validation
Built to be tested before it is trusted.
20 / 20 synthetic courses passed · 7,500–10,000 golfers per course · 180 days per course · 217 outreach waves evaluated
These are synthetic pre-pilot validation results. They are not claims of real-world booking conversion, recovered revenue, ROI, customer performance, or actual golfer response.
Validation methodology
20 synthetic courses, each with 7,500–10,000 golfers, ran for 180 simulated days per course — 3,600 total simulated operating days. The validation processed 932,400 inventory states and 1,971,600 (1.97M) golfer-to-opening match evaluations. Those population-scale figures do not mean every golfer was evaluated at every decision point: each decision used a rotating cohort capped at 1,200 golfers and a bounded set of the strongest golfer-to-opening relationships within a two-day action horizon. Lifecycle monitoring remained 21 days; hidden simulator response truth was unavailable to the production engine.
Founding course FAQ
Clear from the start.
Does the Founding Course pilot send messages?
Yes. Once the integration and setup are verified and your course approves readiness, the pilot sends controlled golfer messages to help fill tee times. The initial setup validation phase is no-send.
Do we need a live software integration?
No. The first review can use exports from your current systems.
Do our exports need to match a special template?
No. ScoutTime handles the mapping from the exports your system provides.
What if some historical fields are missing?
The pilot can use accepted fallbacks; missing data is reported honestly.
What happens after setup validation?
Review targeting and messages with your staff, approve readiness, then activate controlled outreach. Track bookings and actual paid revenue to assess the results. If the setup is not ready, complete validation before activating outreach.
